How billing works
Starting a plan on this page requires a payment method. Your 14-day free trial begins immediately and, unless you cancel before it ends, automatically becomes a paid subscription at the price shown above. It renews on that same cycle, monthly or annual, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription in the account menu at the top of this page, which opens your billing portal.
Starting a trial inside the iOS or Android app instead does not require a card and does not convert on its own. Those subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play.

Yes. AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, audit logging on every action, 30-minute auto-logout, and zero PHI stored in the browser after logout. We sign Business Associate Agreements. TheraSnap does not provide end-to-end encryption — see below for how AI processing works.
Your notes and recordings are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit. TheraSnap is not end-to-end encrypted: to transcribe audio and draft notes, reports and handouts, your content is decrypted on our servers and sent to our AI subprocessors — OpenAI (transcription and note generation), Google (the SLP Assistant, its analysis and audio) and Anthropic (note generation on our highest tier). Each is engaged under a Business Associate Agreement, and none retains your content or trains models on it. The full list is in our Privacy Policy and the terms of that handling are in section 3 of our Terms.
Any web-based EHR. ClinicSource is officially supported; for others, add the domain in Settings and TheraSnap will inject the paste button into your note fields.
